The Georgian Chamber Players include David Coucheron, Zhenwei Shi, Elizabeth Pridgen, and Julie Coucheron. The group was formed by principal players of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra in 1984 in order to perform masterpieces of the chamber repertoire with their Atlanta Symphony Orchestra colleagues and world-renowned guest instrumentalists.

On Sunday, October 26th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., join us for a sparkling night of chamber music that journeys from the drama of Mozart to the fiery flair of Monti—featuring some of your favorite performers:
Mozart – Piano Quartet in G minor

Chopin – Polonaise Brilliante

A Tribute to Christopher Rex
On Sunday, January 25, 2026, at 3:00 p.m, GCP presents a heartfelt concert at Trinity Presbyterian Church honoring the legacy of founding member, the late cellist Christopher Rex. This tribute includes Borodin’s luminous String Quartet No. 2, a work deeply personal to Rex as it was performed at his wedding.
Grand Season Finale at Ahavath Achim Synagogue
The season concludes on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Ahavath Achim Synagogue. Showcasing the synagogue’s two grand pianos, pianists Elizabeth Pridgen and Julie Coucheron will perform Rachmaninoff’s magnificent Suite No. 2 for Two Pianos, an exhilarating finale to the season.
